Fleet Window Tinting in Las Vegas
One Nevada-legal Nano Ceramic spec across every company car, work truck, cargo van and rideshare vehicle, installed in-shop at Polar Tint Spring Valley Ranch on S Valley View Blvd. Booked as one scheduled project, with after-hours installs when needed.
Quick answer — how does fleet window tinting work?
Your fleet gets one brand spec: the same Nano Ceramic tier and the same Nevada-legal shades on every vehicle, so the fleet looks uniform and each vehicle stays within the limit. The booking runs as a single scheduled project, and vehicles can come in a few at a time so most of the fleet stays in service.
There is no public price list. Every fleet is scoped and quoted individually, with a free written estimate before anything is scheduled, and every vehicle is backed by the Lifetime Polar Tint Promise.
What does fleet window tinting include?
- One Nano Ceramic tier and one set of shades across the whole fleet
- Front side windows at a Nevada-legal shade: at least 35% light transmission through the film and glass together
- Non-metallic film that leaves GPS tracking, telematics units, dash cameras, keyless entry and cell signal alone
- Removal of old, failing tint where needed before the new film goes on
- The Lifetime Polar Tint Promise on every install
Tint that is bubbling or peeling comes off first; the window tint removal process page explains how the shop takes it off.
Which Nano Ceramic tier fits a work vehicle?
All three tiers are non-metallic and block 99% of UV. Choose by where the vehicles spend the day; darkness (VLT) is picked separately.
| Tier | IR rejection | A good fit for |
|---|---|---|
| Premium Ceramic (Good) | Up to 46% | Vehicles garaged overnight that run short or shaded routes |
| Ceramic Plus (Better) | Up to 80% | Vehicles parked in open lots at job sites or offices most of the day |
| Ceramic Ultimate Plus (Best) | Up to 98% | Full-sun parking all day and vehicles with a lot of glass |
Compare the tiers side by side on the ceramic window tint tiers page.
Which fleets does Polar Tint Spring Valley Ranch tint?
Work trucks, cargo vans and company cars, plus rental, rideshare and corporate fleets, including fleets that work the airport corridor around Harry Reid International Airport. Mixed fleets work the same way: the tier and shades stay consistent across sedans, SUVs, trucks and vans.
Tell us how many vehicles you run, and the schedule and free written estimate are built around your operation. For the airport side of town, see our page on window tint near Harry Reid Airport.
How is a fleet install scheduled?
Automotive tint is installed in-shop in a dust-controlled bay at 3859 S Valley View Blvd #12, open 8am to 5pm seven days a week. A fleet booking runs as a single scheduled project: vehicles can come in a few at a time so most of the fleet stays on the road, and after-hours installs are available when needed.
How dark can fleet vehicles be tinted in Nevada?
The same limits apply to every vehicle in the fleet (NRS 484D.440):
- Front side windows: non-reflective film with at least 35% light transmission through the film and glass combined
- Rear side windows and back glass: any darkness, with outside mirrors on both sides of the vehicle
- Windshield: a strip across the top only, with its bottom edge at least 29 inches above the driver's seat
Because the whole fleet shares one spec, every vehicle gets the same legal front-side shade. Full details are on Nevada’s window tint law page.
Can you add lettering and graphics to fleet vehicles?
Yes. Automotive window tint and fleet decals are both done at the Polar Tint Spring Valley Ranch shop, and fleet vehicles can be scheduled a few at a time. Lettering, logos and wraps are covered on our vehicle wraps and decals in Las Vegas page.
